Alexander Hugo, also known as Chop Shop Alex, Alexander the "Not So" Great, and Alex Hu "Don't" Go, is one of Victor Hugo's personal guards.
He is modeled after a Yugo, and has a license plate that reads PA TRON 93, identical to Victor Hugo's license plate. He is painted entirely black, and has chrome rims and black mirrors.
History

In Cars 2, Alexander is first seen talking to Ivan outside of the casino, as several black Gremlins and other lemons enter the building. When Holley Shiftwell drives up to distract Ivan, she tries to act sweet, which causes Alexander to respond eagerly, before Ivan interjects. As she leads Ivan away, she tases him, and Mater returns to Alexander and the others while disguised as Ivan.
