In Cars 2, Amera is seen taking pictures of Lightning McQueen from behind Okuni, Shigeko and Tamiko, when McQueen and his pit crew arrive at the Tokyo National Art Center. She also appears in Mater's flashback, laughing at Mater when he drinks from the fountain after eating a big amount of wasabi.
