The goal is to drive through an obstacle course under a time limit while trying to avoid hitting anything. Hitting a cone gives the player a time penalty of two seconds, while hitting anything else, like a wall, is a 0.5 second penalty. Also, players cannot jump over the obstacles.
Each level is unlocked by completing the previous level and unlocking the location it is in.

- Auto Crosses are similar to Sarge's Boot Camp from Cars: The Video Game, since both require the player to finish a course filled with obstacles in under a time limit. Ironically, while the intention of Sarge's Boot Camp is to teach the player the jump skill, that skill is disabled in Auto Crosses.
