Banks is a Piston Cup racer and reserve driver who raced for the Mood Springs team. Banks is a stock car with blue and white livery, having an identical paint scheme to Chuck Armstrong. He has the number 34 in all versions of the game except the Xbox 360 version, in which his number is 33 just like Armstrong. It is speculated that the Mood Springs racer present after the Motor Speedway of the South restart in Cars was Banks, covering for Chuck Armstrong after he was towed out of the race.
History
In Cars: The Video Game, Banks appears in all of the Piston Cup races, in which he is found trailing behind the other racers in the last group of cars, usually placing between the seventeenth and twentieth positions. Banks also appears in Piston Cup races in versus mode, where he may appear as one of the eight opponents in a given race.
