Banks is one of two race cars for the Mood Springs team, the other being Chuck Armstrong. Banks is a 2006 Dodge Charger NASCAR that is painted blue and white, having an identical paint scheme to Chuck. He has the number 34 in all versions of the game except the Xbox 360 version, in which his number is 33 just like Chuck Armstrong.
In Cars: The Video Game, Banks appears in all of the Piston Cup races, in all of which he is found trailing behind the other racers in the last group of cars, usually placing seventeenth. Banks also appears in versus races, where he can be randomly selected as one of eight racing opponents.
