Bill is a rusty car who competes in demolition derby races at the Thunder Hollow Speedway's Crazy Eight. He has an orange, blue, and yellow livery, though it is somewhat faded due to rust. He wears the number 86 when competing.
History
Cars 3
Patty and Bill greet each other while being pushed by Miss Fritter.
Bill is one of many demolition derby racers of whom Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez compete against after mistakenly entering the event. Bill is eliminated from the event when Miss Fritter pushes him and his friend Patty off the track. Later, when Natalie Certain mentions Thunder Hollow by name during the Florida 500, Bill and many other Thunder Hollow regulars cheer at its mention.
Cars 3: Driven to Win
Bill is a non-playable character in Cars 3: Driven to Win, appearing as a computer racer in Miss Fritter event, and a NPC in Thunder Hollow's tracks.
