History
Bill was a car that lived in the Thunder Hollow, United States. In 2017, he competed in Crazy Eight demolition derby races on Thunder Hollow Speedway with number 86. He took part in the race that included Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez solo appearance in the series. During that race he, together with Patty and Cigalert, got pushed by Miss Fritter. A few days later, he wend to the bar where, together with other Crazy Eight racers, watched the Florida 500 race rooting for Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez.
Physical description
He has a sedan. He had red hood, cabin and boot with orange grille and stripe going though his middle. His cabin and lower parts were blue. On his hood and in the back he had painted yellow ball with blue borders and red star. He had yellow number 86 on his doors and roof.

Bill is a non-playable character in Cars 3: Driven to Win, appearing as a computer racer in the Miss Fritter event, and an NPC on Thunder Hollow's tracks.
Trivia
- Bill's hood carries the design of the Luxo Ball, a recurring Pixar Easter egg. His number, 86, which he shares with Chick Hicks, is a reference to the year Pixar was founded (1986).
- Racing number 86 was also used by: Chick Hicks, LJH 86 Special and Long Ge.
