Carl Clutchen is a professional racing car who competed in the Piston Cup Racing Series. He replaced Ruby Oaks as the Easy Idle racer, before getting fired and replaced by Harvey Rodcap. His racing number is 15.
History
In Cars 3, Carl competes in the 2016 Piston Cup season, but when the next-generation rookies begin performing much better than normal stock cars, Easy Idle fires Carl and replaces him with a next-generation racer named Harvey Rodcap.
