Chief RPM is a crew chief.
Bio
Chief RPM is the brains behind the RPM Race Team. You can always spot him because he never takes his headphones off so he can stay in constant communication with his team.
Livery
Chief RPM is painted white, with the RPM logo on his roof and doors. He has a chrome grille, and wears a black headset.
