Barry Pipenloo, known as Chuck Manifold early in his career, is a news reporter who works for the Racing Sports Network. He is a Capitol Motors Verve LX that is painted dark blue, with a chrome grille and rims.

History

In Cars, Chuck appears during the montage of reports of Lightning McQueen's disappearance, reporting for the Racing Sports Network.

Official bio

"Chuck Manifold started off in the news world as Barry Pipenloo. But when he started covering the race scene, he knew he needed a name better suited for the tough nature of the racing world. As soon as he started reporting as Chuck Manifold, his career took off faster than a drag racer at a green light."[1]
