Cruz Besouro is Carla Veloso's crew chief. He appears in Cars 2, giving orders to Carla and her pitties during the three World Grand Prix events in Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and London. He is a Volkswagen Beetle that is painted green, with Brazilian designs on his doors. His license plate reads "FSHBWL".
