Dex Dinoco is a Cadillac Coupe De Ville who is painted red, has a license plate reading "DINOCO", and bears much resemblance to Tex Dinoco. He is the owner of Dinoco Records.
History
In Heavy Metal Mater, Dex Dinoco works in his office while the Mater and the Gas-Caps band records their song. When the band plays a different kind of music, Dex is amazed that they play such great music, and tells them that the only thing left for them to do to become popular is to have a new band name. A forklift's quote is what leads to Mater getting the idea of calling the band "Heavy Metal Mater".
