E. Manual Maniez is part of Raoul ÇaRoule's pit crew. He is a blue forklift who also carries the flag of France on his livery, and even wears a blue cap that has the flag's colors on it.
History
In Cars 2, Maniez works as part of Raoul's pit crew, having the job of changing his tires during his pit stops.
