Eugene Carbureski, also referred to as Tank Coat, is the racer for the Tank Coat team in the Piston Cup Racing Series, led by Wells Runabout, who acts as Eugene's crew chief. He is a Husker Morraco that is painted pink and white, with the Tank Coat logo on his hood and trunk, as well as the number "36" painted on his doors and roof.
Carbureski appears at the Motor Speedway of the South in Cars, competing in the Dinoco 400, the final race of the season.
