Father Burke is a priest who accompanies Pope Pinion IV to Porto Corsa for the second race of the World Grand Prix.
History
In Cars 2, Father Burke accompanies Pope Pinion IV when they come to watch the World Grand Prix in Italy. They are both sat in the grandstand at the start/finish straight of the circuit.
