Yellow, navy blue, red
Fonzarelli is a plane who tried to apply for the Wings Around the Globe competition.
In Planes, Fonzarelli finishes with the fifth best time, qualifying for the competition. Dusty tries out, and makes it 1 decisecond behind his time. While Dusty is really sad about this, Fonzarelli compliments him on his great skill.
When Roper arrives in Propwash Junction, Dusty and his friends are told that Fonzarelli had been disqualified for illegal use of a certain fuel called nitromethane, that boosts one's speed, and they are in the race.
Planes: Fire & Rescue
In Planes: Fire & Rescue, Fonzarelli appears competing with Dusty in one of the races at the beginning of the film, only to be beaten by Dusty.
Fonzarelli is painted light yellow, with navy blue lines and red text saying "Hi-Def Racing" on his side. He is modeled after an Extra EA-300.
"Originally fom the Midwest, Fonzarelli used racing to escape the mean runways of east Youngstown. Fonzarelli started out as a delivery plane for the local olive- and mineral-oil businesses; but at night, he would compete in illegal radio tower races. It was there that Fonzarelli learned about an open WATG-approved race in nearby Cleveland. He flew away from his past in Youngstown and never looked back."
