Bumper Save:Gears and Glory 450 is the race that happens at the Heartland Motor Speedway in Cars 3.

In the movie, Jackson Storm wins the Gears and Glory 450, leaving Lightning McQueen in 4th place. On the podium, Storm is with Chick Hicks and Chick mocks McQueen for being slower than the next-gen racer and then Storm mocks McQueen by saying that it takes everything he's got to beat him. After that, the paparazzi ask Rusty and Dusty Rust-eze if they will make changes to McQueen or if he's prepared to retire and after McQueen fends them off by telling them that they will make no comments, one of the reporters asks McQueen about Cal Weathers's retirement, so McQueen goes to see Cal. Cal tells McQueen that he will miss racing and then he leaves in his truck, leaving McQueen devastated.
