J. Low Lee was a city car that lived in New Coil, Ohio, United States. In 2006 he attended the piston Cup tie-breaker race between Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and Strip Weathers at the Los Angeles International Speedway. Prior to the race, he was in the crowd of cars around Bob Cutlass and Darrell Cartrip as they were being recorded near the entrance gate by the Racing Sports Network.

J. Low Lee was a city car with blue livery and chrome rims. His registration plate number was ML115. While attending the race at the Los Angeles International Speedway in 2006 he wore blue antenna flag with logo of Strip Weathers and big yellow foam hat in shape of Piston Cup.
