Joltsen is the reserve driver for the Nitroade team.
Bio
In Cars: The Video Game, Joltsen appears in all of the Piston Cup Races. He's in the 2nd pack in Palm Mile Speedway, the 4th and back pack in Motor City Speedway of the South, the first pack in Sun Valley International Speedway and Smasherville International Speedway, and the third pack in Los Angeles International Speedway.
Livery
Joltsen is painted black and orange, with the Nitroade logo painted on his hood and the number 52 on his doors and roof.

Joltsen is presumably based on a Ford Taurus NASCAR.
