Little King is an Irish racing plane who competes in the Wings Around the Globe competition.
Little King is seen in many shots of the racers throughout the movie, including in the pit row at John F. Kennedy International Airport. He was selected as one of the planes on the show "World's Top Ten Air Crashes" for the Wings Around the Globe, which he was #9. When Dusty is broken and needs repairs, Little King gives him supplies.
Planes: Fire and Rescue
Little King is painted light green, with white clover markings on his sides. He has the number 14 painted inside the white clover markings.
His design is a combination of a Extra EA-300's fuselage, and a Cessna 402's cockpit windows and vertical stabilizer.
Profiles and statistics
- "Little King used to fly the mail route across the Derrynasaggart Mountains in County Cork, all the way to the border of County Kerry. With so many miles logged zigzagging his way across Ireland, Little King was clearly built to go the distance. Eager to see what was beyond the borders of his homeland, this little eitleán (airplane) entered the world of international racing."
