Louis (nicknamed Lou) was the original owner of Lou's House of Tires. It was only seen in the unmade Cars Toons episode Backwards to the Forwards. His shop was replaced with a new name of Luigi's Casa Della Tires by Luigi and Guido. Louis presumably died before the events of Cars.
