Mattel is one of the largest toy companies in the world, best known for lines such as Hot Wheels, Thomas & Friends and Barbie.

They have produced the 1:55 scale die-cast releases for Cars, Cars 2, Cars Toons, Planes, and Planes: Fire & Rescue, and Cars 3. They have also made smaller lines such as Micro Drifters, Action Agents, Mini Adventures, and Mini Racers.

Fisher-Price is also owned by them.
