History

He was born in Italy. While growing up he raced on the local short track his father maintained developing the skills that helped him become one of the most accomplished athletes in the world. Later on he made his way up the ranks of the European road racing leagues including Formula One where he was racing for Ferrari team. He had won over 90 races and accomplished 7 championships. He was considered to be one of the greatest races achieving a racing career so successful that his record will most likely never be surpassed.

He has a wife and loves more than spending time with his family. He is friends with Costanzo Della Corsa and Antonio Veloce Eccellente.

In 2006 he and his friends visited Radiator Springs where he came to Luigi's Casa Della Tires, at the recommendation of Lightning McQueen. Later he was present at the Grand Re-opening of the Wheel Well Motel.

• In volume 0 of Cars he came to Radiator Springs to take part in Radiator Springs Rally. It was said that before it, he had never taken part in stock car race before. His racing number in the comic was 5.
