Next-Gen is a vehicle manufacturer that mainly focuses on making high-tech race cars, debuting in Cars 3. It also makes semi-trucks and forklifts.
Jackson Storm was the first car of the generation to compete in the Piston Cup. He debuted during the Dinoco 400 at the Copper Canyon Speedway where he won the race, starting a trend of replacements of old stock cars in racing teams with Lightning McQueen being the last stock car to be replaced during the Florida 500 in 2017.
