History

In Cars, Percy appears during Sally's flashback sequence. Mater tows him to Flo's V8 Café and sets him down at an open station.

Official bio

"Percy Hanbrakes likes to look good when he goes out on the town. He makes sure he's taken a nice long car wash in the morning, he makes sure he's got plenty of wiper fluid in case he gets a smudge on his windshield, and he likes to make sure he's got a touch of that new car smell. The problem is he tends to forget to make sure he's got enough gas to get him where he's headed."[1]
