Petro Cartalina is Miguel Camino's crew chief, he is from Car-talunya in Spain.
History
In Cars 2, Petro works as Miguel's crew chief for all three World Grand Prix races. During the first race in Tokyo, Miguel's engine blows up due to Grem using an electromagnetic pulse generator on his supply of allinol, and Petro orders his pit crew to examine Miguel's engine once he returns to the pits.
