Piccolo Perry is a member of the Spare Mint racing team. He changes tires for Ernie Gearson during pit stops in Piston Cup races. He appears to be a Nemomatic forklift, with a blue and white livery.
History
At the Motor Speedway of the South in Cars, Perry and the other Spare Mint pitties help Ernie Gearson during the Dinoco 400, changing his tires when he comes in for pit stops.
