Prince Wheeliam is the prince of England and the grandson of The Queen. He is a 2009 Bentley Continental[1] with a grey paint job and the Union Jack design on his roof.
Though he maintains a formal attitude in public, he is secretly an avid racing fan, and supports British racers Nigel Gearsley and Lewis Hamilton.
History
In Cars 2, Wheeliam watches the final leg of the World Grand Prix alongside his grandmother and several other royal guests. However, when the lemons' plot cause Mater to distract Lightning McQueen and take him off course, they eventually end up on the podium where Wheeliam and The Queen are sitting.
