Pyotr Racinov is a Russian racer. He was added in the 1.2.0 version of Cars: Fast as Lightning. 800 gems are required to unlock him, and he has a building called "Pyotr's Pit".

On his sides, he has a white square with the racing number 14. He also has a star on his hood that is colored in the pattern of Russia's flag.
Trivia
- In Russian, he is called Пётр Гонкин (Pyotr Gonkin).
- Although he is Russian, he doesn't appear in the Russian version of Cars 2. Vitaly Petrov takes his place.
