Roman Dunes, also known as Chief No Stall, is the No Stall team's crew chief. He coaches Todd Marcus and his pitties in all of their Piston Cup races.
Roman is a Haulital Lugnutter that is painted red, with the No Stall logo on his hood and doors. He has a black grille, red rims and clear headlights. He wears a black headset.
History
In Cars, Roman can be seen at the Motor Speedway of the South, barking orders at Todd and his team.
