Ronnie Del Cooper[1] is a 2002 Mini Cooper Coupe. He is a fan of the Piston Cup racer Lightning McQueen.
His license plate is 500 07-29, the same as Becky Wheelin, another Mini Cooper seen at the Haneda Airport.
History
In Cars 2, Ronnie Del Cooper is one of many fans who come to watch the World Grand Prix. He supports the American representative, Lightning McQueen. During the Tokyo leg, he is shocked when Rip Clutchgoneski spins out right in front of him.
