The Rust-eze Racing Center is an elite facility operated by Rust-eze. Here, young and aspiring racers receive teachings from trainers to improve their racing abilities. Former owner of the facility is Mr. Sterling and the new owner is Tex Dinoco.
History
In Cars 3, after Lightning McQueen's crash, he arrives at the Rust-eze Racing Center in search of assistance. He is introduced to a young trainer named Cruz Ramirez, who calls McQueen her "senior project". Together, the two train to help Lightning grow to beat Jackson Storm in the Florida 500.
