Scott Spark is a police officer in London.
Bio
In Cars 2, he is one of the policemen (although it cannot be said which one) who try to protect the Queen from Mater as he lands on the Queen's platform with a bomb implanted on him.
Livery
Scott has the same livery as Doug Speedcheck. He is painted black, with the word "POLICE" written in white across his hood. On each of his doors, he has a blue checkered pattern painted.
Model
Scott is modeled on a Ford Mondeo. His license plate reads LW07 GIO, according to his die-cast model.
