Mater, Mater and the Ghostlight

The Screamin' Banshee is a large truck, resembling a heavily modified International S-Series dump truck and Freightliner Classic.

History[]

Mater and the Ghostlight[]

In Mater and the Ghostlight, during a post-credits scene, he comes to scare Mater, having been said by Doc Hudson to haunt Ornament Valley. However, Mater does not recognise him, telling him that he had better run, and leaves back to his home for the night, leaving the Banshee confused.

Two Ton Heroes[]

In "Two Ton Heroes", a four issue Story Arc written by Alan J. Porter, the Screamin' Banshee was going to appear as the "Ultra-Banshee", a fearsome menace to Radiator Springs and Lightning Storm universe.

Glow Racers[]

In the Glow Racers book, Mater mentions possibilities of Lightning and Cruz's doom. One of the scenarios involving the Screamin' Banshee.
