Sheldon Shifter is a next-generation Piston Cup racer who takes over the Sputter Stop sponsorship at the beginning of the 2017 season, replacing the previous racer Murray Clutchburn.[1] His racing number is 92. He shares the same model of Chase, Ryan, Bubba. His spoiler is the same like Tim and Aaron's spoiler.
History
After next-generation racers begin to receive attention as a result of their higher capabilities, Piston Cup teams begin replacing their veteran stock racers with next-gen racers. Shifter replaces Murray Clutchburn as the Sputter Stop racer. He makes his debut in the Florida 500. Through out the race he can be seen racing alongside the Next-gen Rev-N-Go. In the crash, Cam Spinner almost hits him. Sheldon manages to avoid Cam. Later he can be seen enter his pits safely. He restarts toward the back of the pack, Later gets imagined as a Tractor by Cruz Ramirez. Shifter later passes Ramirez again. He disappears for the rest of the race and finishes in 29th place.

- In the movie, he has a brown spoiler but in the diecast the color of his spoiler is blue.
- In the crash, he can be seen with a neutral expression which means it's not animated.
