Shirley Spinout is one of Todd Marcus' pitties.
Bio
Shirley met Todd Marcus at the Motor School International University where professional training was done for racers, crew chiefs, pit crews, or anything on or off the track involving the race. Ever since she was in charge of changing Todd's tires in the pit-crew relay race exercises, she's been part of his team. Secretly, she has a big crush on Todd and is angry whenever Roman Dunes makes her do something that doesn't involve Todd. In Cars, Shirley is seen with the rest of the No Stall crew at the Motor Speedway of the South, changing Todd's tires.

Shirley is painted red and black, with the No Stall logo on her doors and roof.

Shirley is a 2003 Nemomatic forklift.
Occupation
Shirley is one of the No Stall team's pitties, and helps change the tires of Todd Marcus or Masterson under command of Roman Dunes.
