Sir Harley Gassup is a character that appears in Cars 2. He is first seen watching the third race of the World Grand Prix, next to the Queen. He is later seen at the knighting ceremony, where Harley presents Mater to the Queen, who dubs him "Sir Tow Mater".
He is a Tatra 87, a Czechoslovak car, that is painted grey, with three headlights and a grille that resembles a mustache.
