Spikey Fillups is a next-generation Piston Cup racer. He has a sea-styled paint job. Spikey enters the Piston Cup in the beginning of the 2017 season, replacing Ralph Carlow as the Lil' Torquey Pistons racer, he is an Next-Gen 2017 Race Car SA-5(even though his spoiler is Sheldon Shifter/Aaron Clocker/Tim Treadless).
History
In Cars 3, Spikey makes his debut in the 2017 Piston Cup season at the Florida 500, becoming the Lil' Torquey Pistons racer after Ralph Carlow retired. He starts in twenty-second, fourteenth place in the restart after the wreck caused by Cam Spinner, and finishes in twenty-second place.
