Cars 2
Whoever reckoned that Michael Schumacher appears in Cars 2 was probably thinking of Ralf Schumacher, who does appear. The real-life Michael and Ralf are both famous F1 drivers, and are related. -- RobertATfm (talk) 13:23, October 22, 2012 (UTC)
- Normally I would agree with you, but there was a gallery photo showing several red Ferraris, implying that the person definitely knew it was Michael. Also what source did Ralf's name come from? I thought he was an invented character... :)RodRedlineM1 (talk) 21:05, October 22, 2012 (UTC)

- As far as my personal observations have got, all the red Ferraris in Cars 2 have brown eyes, and not pale blue like Michael Shumacher was shown to have in Cars... For me, that's sufficient to say it was not Michael... Of course, I haven't checked every Ferrari, so there might be one that corresponds... - On further research, I think you're both right; I searched the Pixar wiki, and it only mentions Michael, not Ralf. So although there is a real-life Ralf Schumacher as I said, it would appear that the one allegedly in Cars 2 is just a bit of wishful thinking on somebody's part. Not as bad as all those attempts to shoehorn Thomas the Tank Engine characters and stories into the Cars universe, but still non-canon. -- RobertATfm (talk) 02:53, October 23, 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, and also, this non-canon Ralf Schumacher has brown eyes, but the real-life Ralf Schumacher seems to have blue or green or grey eyes or something. So that might not be Ralf in Cars 2. --Lightening McQueen (talk) 20:20, April 17, 2013 (UTC)
