Tommy Highbanks[1] is a professional race car who competed in the Piston Cup Racing Series. He superseded Johnny Blamer as the Faux Wheel Drive racer, before being replaced with Herb Curbler. His racing number is 54.
History
In Cars 3, Tommy competes in the 2016 Piston Cup season, but when next-generation rookies begin performing much better than normal stock cars, before the Los Angeles 500, Tommy retires and gets replaced by a next-generation racer named Herb Curbler.
