Tommy Highbanks[1] is a professional race car who competed in the Piston Cup Racing Series. He superseded Johnny Blamer as the Faux Wheel Drive racer, before being replaced by Herb Curbler. His racing number is 54.
History
In Cars 3, Tommy competes in the 2016 Piston Cup season, but when next-generation rookies begin performing much better than normal stock cars, before the Gears and Glory 450, Tommy either retires or gets fired by Faux Wheel Drive and replaces him with a next-generation racer named Herb Curbler.
