Tommy Joe is one of Mater's cousins.
Bio
Tommy Joe is Mater's Cousin, who races in the Rustbucket Racing Series.
In Cars: The Video Game, Tommy Joe appears in the cut-scene for Rustbucket Race-O-Rama where Mater greets him to Lightning McQueen. Then, Tommy Joe hits Lightning, and Mater said that that was how he says hello. He also appears in the race.
In Cars Mater-National, he appears in Rustbucket Races 1, 2 and 3. In the cut-scene for the Rustbucket Race 1, he told Mater that he and the rest of the cousins were sitting for the last hour to watch Emma. Then he piles up on Mater along with the other cousins so that Emma won't see Mater.
In Cars Race-O-Rama, Tommy Joe appears in some of the Rustbucket Races.
