Turner is the reserve driver for the Retread team.
Bio
Turner is the secondary racer for the Retread Tire Treads team. He has often been seen in places 6th or 7th in the Piston Cup.
Livery
Turner is a painted blue, with red lining. He has the Retread logo painted on his hood, and the number 74 on his doors and roof.
