Victor Paveone is a fan seen at the World Grand Prix.

Cars 2
In Cars 2, Victor is seen in the London fan stands for the World Grand Prix, next to Maurice Wheelks. His position in the main stand at the side of the Queen suggests that he is some kind of dignitary.
Livery
Victor is painted bright yellow, almost tan, with black lining and blue headlights. He has chrome rims, and a black and grey grille.
