Vince is a New York race car, who came to Radiator Springs to help Chick train for the Piston Cup.
Bio
Vince lives up in Queens, New York along with Sonny, Barry and Lenny and built their own gang. They appear at Ornament Valley Circuit, he and his friends challenge Lightning McQueen to a race around Ornament Valley. He figured if "You got to be the best, you need to beat the best." He also is a good friend of Chick Hicks. Vince and the others stayed at Radiator Springs for a while, as it is assumed he eventually made friends with Lightning.
Livery
Vince is painted red, with white lines up his hood and roof, with the number "9" painted on his doors.
