Yokoza is a tuner that first appeared in Tokyo Mater. Like DJ, he is a Reko-Do Spinner, and is painted black, with red lining. He has chrome rims and a flame "mohawk" on his roof. He is considered to be DJ's Tokyo counterpart.

Tokyo Mater
In Tokyo Mater, Mater and Ito-San drive by Yokoza while traveling though the streets of Tokyo. Two girls can be seen on either side of him.
Cars 2
In Cars 2, Yokoza can be seen during the World Grand Prix welcome party at the Tokyo National Arts Center, on a bridge with Kabuto, Suki, Harumi, Ichigo, and Chisaki.
Cars: Fast as Lightning
In Cars: Fast as Lightning, Yokoza was added as a playable character in the June 2015 update, along with Komodo and the neon theme. Unlocked alongside him is Yokoza's Track, and he also has two paint jobs, Neon Yokoza and Mecha Mod, that can be unlocked by earning their stickers from practice races at Yokoza's Track, or by purchasing them with gems.
