Yuri is a dark green Russian rally car that came to Radiator Springs to compete in the Mater-National series of events.

In Cars: Mater-National Championship, Yuri is seen as an opponent in the races Inside the Turkey and Canyon Run. He is also seen on Luigi and Giovanni's team in Team Relay 1.

He is a 1962 Toyota Crown that is painted dark green with a chrome bumper and decals.
